Sorry we can't help you on that part. This server is Russian, and therefore the core files are in Russian, and can't be changed.
I can't change it either because I don't got any access to any server files.

So to everyone else reading this...
STOP REPEATING THE SAME OLD QUESTION, IT HAS ALREADY BEEN DENIED!
