I hope this is what you all wanted for a nice forum as this one.
Made it to blend in with the forum's interface... pretty nice, eh?

I have to admit I haven't seen a banner with this much effects ;)
Next step is a flash banner, someday in the future :D
But I might re-consider as it slows down older computers...
