Server Offline? Empty Server Offline?

Hey guys,
Im new in this server, and im having a problem in game login:
I have installed patch and traduction into English, and when i try loggin on the laucher it's says "server offline. Try later". I already have disable all fire-walls or anti-virus...
The server is really offline or it's a problem with installation?? If it's a installation problem, how to fix it?

We can't tell if it's a problem with the installation or not :)

But just follow the error message and you should be fine... "server offline. Try later"
Do as it said and try later, it was offline yesterday at some time :P
