I did all that, but when he downloaded the file was corrupted. There is another option to download the file?

I did this and also not solved.
The game opens with that either.

The file is not corrupt, i double checked it, file is fine.
Try to download without a download manager please, and see if that works :)

I did it, but has a problem, you should warn people that must have installed on your machine the program 7 ZIP, because only works with the program.

No, riddick, it works with almost all well-known applications like WinRAR & WinZip.
Almost everyone uses 7z, WinZip or WinRAR.
Besides, the 7z format saves download time ;)

yes i understand the corrupting files you have been undergoing..
And the main reason for that is you don't have the proper client working on these server.. ep2 . update 5.. these is one of commonly reason occurs when yo don't follow the instruction's Doomie made.
if you don't have the proper client and patch it with 4.1.1(server's patch) some data will not override the old file's you have in the client.instead you are still using the data of the client and not in the patch, and cause critical error in some mobs or if you go into some unusual maps you will be critical error too...
